01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the richphp platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of the richphp website or services. By accessing or using richphp in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using richphp on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

richphp reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page with the effective date clearly indicated. Your continued use of the richphp platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read together with the richphp Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and richphp.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on richphp, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. richphp strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine law. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at richphp's sole discretion.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and non-human actors are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your location at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of richphp or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from richphp or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

richphp reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction. richphp's determination of eligibility is final.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of richphp services, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on richphp. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. richphp employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your richphp username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. richphp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify richphp immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

richphp is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

richphp accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the richphp cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your richphp account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary.

richphp does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. richphp reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to standard banking and e-wallet processing schedules.

richphp reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or any other compliance-related review. Players will be notified of any such hold and the reason for it where permitted by law.

4.3 Fees

richphp does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, GCash, or PayMaya provider may apply their own transaction fees. richphp is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on richphp are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). richphp does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the player and their payment provider.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

richphp may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to your richphp account in Philippine Peso and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• richphp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• richphp reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.
• Players who have opted into self-exclusion or cooling-off periods are not eligible to receive or use bonuses during the exclusion period.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the richphp platform — including but not limited to live dealer games, slots, bingo, Dreams of Macao, and Hi-Lo — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

richphp works exclusively with certified game providers whose random number generation (RNG) systems are independently audited for fairness. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by richphp or any third party.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, richphp reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. richphp's decision in such matters is final. richphp is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform. The use of automated betting systems, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers is strictly prohibited.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the richphp platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one richphp account.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the richphp platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward richphp staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any richphp software or system.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

08 Responsible Gaming

richphp is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal harm. richphp provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Players who wish to restrict their gaming activity may contact the richphp support team at any time to activate any of these tools. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will prevent the player from accessing their richphp account for the duration of the exclusion period. During a self-exclusion period, richphp will not send promotional communications to the excluded player.

richphp strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit minors to register or play. 09 Intellectual Property

All content on the richphp platform — including but not limited to the richphp brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of richphp or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the richphp platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any richphp content without prior written permission from richphp.

Any unauthorized use of richphp intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by richphp.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, richphp, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the richphp platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

richphp's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the richphp platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

richphp does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. richphp will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude richphp's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data

richphp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on richphp, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

richphp implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and richphp cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own account credentials.

richphp will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game suppliers, and regulatory authorities as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.

12 Termination

richphp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• At the request of the player (voluntary account closure).
• Regulatory or compliance requirements.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus abuse) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance review. richphp's decision to terminate an account is final and binding.

You may request voluntary closure of your richphp account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to standard game rules.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the richphp platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the richphp support team. richphp will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.

Nothing in this section shall prevent richphp from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
